Shipping policy

Please NOTE*** when standard shipping is selected, this does not include a tracking number or shipping insurance. For those services you must select one of the other shipping options **

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@iridesupplements.com We will file a claim with the carrier in hopes of locating the package. Please allow 7-14 business days for this to be completed with the shipping carrier.

In the event that the package is missing, and “Shipping Insurance” was purchased, we will replace the lost and/or stolen package. Please note we may require the customer to pay for “Signature Required” delivery to further prevent lost and/or stolen goods.

In the event that the package is missing, and “Shipping Insurance” was not purchased, we will do everything in our reasonable power to help locate the lost and/or stolen package. Although, once it enters the carrier’s possession, we can no longer be held liable. That being said we will try to make things right because we understand it's frustrating.

In the event your products are damaged during shipment, please let us know.  Our Customer Service team will start a claim with the carrier, and in certain cases, we will be glad to send parts that were damaged in transportation.

By selecting the standard shipping option, you hear by give iRide Supplements permission to select the cheapest shipping option with has varying transit times. We do this in an effort to save you as much money as we possibly can on shipping.

Shipping costs are crucial for international customers, who may not qualify for free shipping but still want to compare costs. International customers actively search for this information because prices vary widely between carriers, depending on the country and their taxes and tariffs. 

If you ship internationally, it’s essential to include information on duties, taxes, and other additional charges. Identify your international shipping carrier(s) and have a statement on who is responsible for customs and import duties.

Depending on shipping destination and type of item, all items are subject to Canadian
Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and/or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
